The Blue Bell Modular Project presented a unique challenge and opportunity, involving the design coordination of foundations and drainage with the modular superstructure above. Fabricated in Poland, the modular units required our team to travel to the factory at critical points for thorough inspections. Tolerance became a focal point in this modular endeavor, emphasizing the critical importance of precision in this construction method. Close collaboration with Forken Construction and Modular Express ensured a high level of coordination throughout the project. Sustainable Urban Drainage System (SUDS) on the site was achieved through permeable paving, tree pits, and oversized pipes to attenuate flows. A notable sewer extension was undertaken to connect the site seamlessly to the public network.
