Ultimately a hotel exists to deliver services to its guests. Behind the scenes the M+E services for a hotel can be challenging to fit in. As structural engineers we see our job to ensure a repetitive structural rhythm is introduced among the bedrooms, assisting vertical M+E distribution, as well as ensure the corridor zones, which are typically congested with M+E services, employ the shallow structural depth.
