Castlepark Manor is located in Dalkey, County Dublin

Castlepark Manor is a premium residential development set on the former site of Frank Keane’s Dalkey home, a location once deemed unsuitable for redevelopment due to restricted access. This challenge was ultimately overcome, enabling the transformation of the one-acre plot into a refined scheme comprising 10 houses and 14 apartments. Designed by Tyler Owens Architects, the homes are situated adjacent to Hyde Park, offering a blend of modern architecture and serene surroundings. The residences feature high-spec finishes including bespoke kitchens by Michael Farrell, appliances from Gaggenau and Blanco, and engineered oak flooring. Energy-efficient and tech-enabled, the homes also boast private gardens, balconies, and outdoor entertainment spaces, all within walking distance of Dalkey village and local schools.

A significant initial challenge for Castlepark Manor was the lack of access to the Richmond site. This obstacle was overcome through the strategic demolition of the original Frank Keane residence, enabling site entry and paving the way for the successful redevelopment of the land.

The development comprises a carefully designed mix of 10 houses and 14 apartments. These range from two-storey homes to expansive four-storey residences, catering to varied family needs while maintaining architectural cohesion across the site.

Tyler Owens Architects led the design vision for Castlepark Manor, blending modern aesthetics with functional residential layouts. The result is a thoughtful integration of diverse building elevations, internal layouts, and site orientation.
