Meet Our Founders

Diarmuid Healy graduated in 2007 with a degree in structural engineering and has since achieved dual chartership status. He is also an elected Fellow of the Institution of Structural Engineers, recognising his outstanding contributions to the profession.

Known for his sharp problem-solving ability and instinct for value engineering, Diarmuid has worked with leading consultancies in Munich, Jeddah and London, before establishing and successfully leading Irish operations for a major engineering firm.

In 2013, he founded Set Workshop, a studio dedicated to exploring concrete through hands-on experimentation. This practical, creative approach continues to inform and elevate his work across a wide range of projects.

Edward Heukers is a Dutch engineer firmly rooted in Dublin. His path has been shaped by a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and the progression to Chartered Engineer status, full membership of Engineers Ireland, and recognition as an International Professional Engineer—milestones that reflect a steady and committed approach to the craft. Coming from a family with a long tradition in engineering, he built his own international experience on large-scale projects in Rotterdam, Queenstown and, most recently, Dublin. 

 

Known for his instinctive eye for detail and calm, analytical approach to problem-solving, Edward is passionate about how emerging technologies can strengthen our skills and support sustainable, successful project outcomes. As a BIM advocate Edward ensures Tent is at the forefront of digital delivery, automation and innovation.
