Diarmuid Healy graduated in 2007 with a degree in structural engineering and subsequently achieved dual chartership status. Diarmuid is an elected Fellow of the Institute of Structural Engineers—a grade that recognises members who make outstanding contributions to structural engineering. Diarmuid is widely recognised for his problem-solving skills and remarkable ability to value engineer. He has previously worked for consultancies in Munich, Jeddah and London, and most recently successfully established and led Irish operations for a large engineering firm.
In 2013, Diarmuid established Setworkshop.com, a company that experiments with concrete. He believes the experience of working hands-on with concrete in innovative and creative ways benefits many of his projects.

Edward has spent several years working on large-scale and complex international projects based out of Rotterdam, Queenstown, and most recently, Dublin. He has an exceptional eye for detail and demonstrates this through his work. He is a problem solver at heart and enjoys identifying how technologies can complement our skills to deliver successful and sustainable solutions for any project.
As a BIM advocate Edward ensures Tent is at the forefront of digital delivery, automation and innovation. He started his career as a technician and gained experience working for contractors and architects before finding his passion in structures.
